When Jesper came to me, he'd never been to a gym.
Starting from scratch, we built a foundation around his busy life of badminton, climbing, cycling, running, work, and family. We created a twice-weekly full-body program focused on upper body strength for bouldering. We improved his sleep and nutrition habits. He transformed from gym-averse to enthusiastic, managing fatigue while getting stronger and leaner.
The key was consistency – showing up weekly for over a year despite challenges. The results speak for themselves.
