My coaching journey started in 2017 with a passion to help people lead their best lives, but my own path hasn’t been without challenges. After years of playing professional handball, my knee required surgery. Shortly after, I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, a condition affecting my spine, which left me unable to walk, sleep, or even lie down comfortably.
Through a combination of medical treatment and a holistic fitness approach, I not only regained my mobility but now perform handstands and move freely. This experience deepened my understanding of resilience and has become the foundation of my mission to help others overcome obstacles and thrive.
I’ve chosen to work with Scandinavian leaders because I understand their unique challenges. They’re driven, ambitious, and often struggle to balance their demanding careers with personal well-being. The potential for growth is immense, but so is the pressure. As a certified coach with a bachelor's degree in Sports Science from the SDU, I bring knowledge in fitness, nutrition, stress management, and behavior change. With over seven years of experience, I’ve helped more than 100 leaders transform their health and performance, empowering them to achieve their goals safely and effectively.
