Do you have a busy schedule and struggle to maintain a consistent workout routine? Not sure how to get started? With me, you get personal training that adapts to your daily life – carefully tailored to your goals, needs, and preferences.
We always begin with a conversation about what time and energy you have available. Maybe your week is full of meetings, changing shifts, or deadlines that pop up out of nowhere.
Here, there are no pre-set programmes you need to squeeze into. I know that some people thrive with structure, while others need flexibility. You’ll purchase 10 sessions at a time, and together we either schedule fixed times or plan week-by-week.
The key is to find a rhythm that works for you. For me, the most important thing is that your personal training becomes something that works in practice – not just another thing that adds stress or pressure to your daily life.

In-person training takes place at the Sporting Health Club facilities on Østbanegade, Åboulevarden, or Amager Boulevard.
